Tapping Tips Tuesday - People Pleasing

Are you a people pleaser? Did you know that we can use EFT/Tapping to work on our unconscious beliefs that show up in behaviours that no longer serve us and/or making us feel negative feelings or have negative thoughts.

We behave in certain ways due to our beliefs, programs and patterns. For example, your belief might be I need to make sure everyone is happy so there is no conflict. And, if you are a people pleasing everyone in your life to avoid conflict, you might be starting to get resentful, angry or sad when your needs aren't met, but you are making sure everyone else's needs are.

How does that impact how you feel about yourself and others? You can't continue this way with keeping this negative charge in your body and doing everything for everyone else. I think you might find that long-term the outcome is not going to be a happy one for you. Let me show you in this video how we can use EFT/Tapping in those moments when we are doing something that you don't want to do.
