Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)/Tapping has a number of techniques that can be used depending on what shows up when working with clients or if using EFT on oneself.

The technique I am sharing today can be used in the moment when feeling dysregulated - stressed out, anxious, worried, nervous. Another wonderful technique to help calm the system down.

It is called Collarbone Breathing.
