Tapping Tips Tuesday - Speak Without Being Triggered

Do you find that you can be around some people and immediately feel stressed, anxious, nervous, worried, because you know they are going to say something to trigger you?

Imagine being in their presence and being able to say what you want to say - your opinion, your thoughts, your comments, without worrying or experiencing a negative feeling thinking that they are going to say something in reply that will trigger you.

Imagine how differently you would experience time with that person. In fact, because you are not responding internally the way you used to, you might find they don't show up doing what normally triggers you.
