Tapping Tips Tuesday!

I am currently healing from Covid and have been using EFT/Tapping since seeing the positive result last week. I wanted to show you how easy it can be to use on a daily basis to manage stress levels, once you know what you are doing.

Being able to manage our stress levels means our body gets to repair and heal without being in a stress response all of the time. I also share a technique called 'Constricted Breathing' which is a really good one that you can use any time.
