EFT/Tapping has a range of techniques and this is another one that can be used daily, throughout the day/night. It is very gentle and calming.

Orienting Tapping was developed by Alina Frank, Master Trainer of EFT Trainers and EFT Coach who brought together tapping and orienting, which was created by Peter Levine, who is the originator of Somatic Experiencing and expert in trauma.

Orienting Tapping is a really gentle and beautiful way of bringing your awareness to your surroundings, whilst noticing the somatic felt sense and using your senses (sight, smell, sound, taste, touch), whilst tapping, to bring your body back into a calm state.
